Who TF is ?
Any catalogue spanning 10+ years is a true testament to the chemistry of its creators, and electronic duo Jeremy LLoyd () and Samantha Gongol are no exception.
After meeting in middle school, they began collaborating in college, first drawing attention with 2013's "Whiskey". Since then, they have released 3 albums, remixed Billie Eilish and collaborated with Big Sean, just to name (drop) a few.
What impacts me is their appreciation for each others taste and their mutual interest in creating something that excites them. "If the music we’re making wasn’t fresh, we’d both get bored!" - Jeremy. They even coined the "lovit" rule, where if either of them didn't truly love an idea, they would let go in search of something greater.
This synergy is evident in their records, where each of them shine both as individuals and as one. I discovered the duo last year through clear eyes, and their music's been in my rotation ever since.
