Some times, you're not okay, and that's okay. This song was created after an anxiety attack. I wrote down notes of the different emotions and situations that we're getting to me over a period of time, then just spit what was in my heart. After that, I layered the vocals with dubs and ad libs. There are ups and downs in life. At times, situations may seem too hard to bare, but know you always can make it through. Keep your faith, and stay open and honest with yourself most of all.
