All of the music that I write is extremely autobiographical. My goal is always to dig deeper within myself because that’s where I feel everything starts when it comes to change in the world. It always begins within ourselves, I know the more transparent I can be with my experiences the more I can affect the world in a positive manner. I don’t open up too much so my music is almost like public therapy for me. This song captures my story from the beginning, my current lifestyle, and my future goals. When I think about my history, my ancestry, and my roots I feel a deep sense of pride and am very thankful for where I am today. Most of us are more privileged than we realize, especially by simply having access to computers as well as having the knowledge and foresight to be using them in this way... ie. Web3 etc. I’ve been waiting for the right time to drop this one as it is very special to me, and I hope everyone else feels the vibes and raw emotion in it as well.
