This is a track about what happens when you take a risk on your friendship and it doesn't work out. Despite the outcome of this relationship, this song is really special to me. 2 Years ago I required surgery on my vocal chords which left me unable to sing. During the lockdowns of Covid, it was incredibly difficult to get the treatment that I needed but I didn't want to give up so I kept writing & working on my craft. This was the first song born during this period. As soon as I got the treatment I needed, I made it my goal to record this song. I'm releasing it 2 years to the day of its first release to commemorate my return to my music which has since opened a lot of doors. I'd like to think it all started with this one...
