Wrote a song for my dead cat, Mipha, over the summer. She was rough around the edges yet the sweetest thing. I miss her. Recently my parents’ cat, and my childhood one all the same, Furby, passed as well, just a year after Lacey also did. Loss is tough to deal with and music is a good coping mechanism sometimes. It’s been a tough couple years for me but hopefully things are looking up. “June 17th”
