I wanted to write a song of hope, with lyrics that looked ahead to how good things are going to be in the future because of how much love exists in the relationship. Full disclosure: This started as a Christmas song! And then I had a buddy ask if I would change the lyrics to a love song so I could sing it at he & his husband's wedding. I gladly accepted the challenge. And now I much prefer this version. Piano by Christopher Davis, and Production by John Behrens.
