I wrote this song last year as I laid in bed unable to sleep. All the melodies and lyrics seemed to flood over me at once and I immediately started a voice memo and recorded what is now this song. The track has a unique perspective on a breakup and truly pulls at the heart strings of anyone who's been left behind by a lover. Fast-forward to this year, after failed attempts at producing the track, my producer Dylan Stiles and I finally put together the pieces. We didn't expect the production of the song to go this route, but I couldn't be happier with the result.
