"Addicted To You" is an upbeat Dance Pop track with a falsetto hook inspired by acts like Justin Timberlake and Bee Gees, with contemporary rap flows on the verses. The song is meant to be a nod to early-2010s Pop music. The track started as an idea Chunii and I started in the NYU Library, when I brought in the beat and we obnoxiously recorded vocal ideas on BandLab in the hallway. Some of those initial iPhone vocals made it to the final master. I'm a huge fan of Jacob Daley and his rapping, so had to get him doing a verse. We've been collaborating for the past few years since we're both from the DMV area and connected over that, besides the fact that we make similar music.
