I wrote this song as a reminder for my grandfather years ago, who recently passed away. He was a music producer and music marketer who worked with Eminem, Maroon 5, Alicia keys, and more. He inspired me to write music and I even got a cassettes tattoo on my arm because of it. He loved cassettes and vinyls and I used to play with them in his office and it interested me a lot. I loved his 60s music and the vibe of it, especially the choirs and the glitchiness of some of his old tapes. It made me make this song and think about all the happy memories of music that he generated. I am going to release this on my birthday… I really hope y’all enjoy, and get to hear the sounds that remind me of one of my biggest inspirations.
