what’s up good morning maybe I’ll just release the song every day here on this platform lol but anyhow this is from this past Saturday in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, August 3, 2024. I had to put together a band. We did a private 60th birthday party. Then Christ I have this iPhone 15 Pro Max my buddy took some video and I just used an app to rip the audio so here’s the way file from part of my song called Don’t Wanna Die. I wrote this back in san diego I think in 2016 I wanna say it was after I watched a couple documentaries one about muscle Shoals studio and one about Janis Joplin the musician in person and female. and that documentary really opened my eyes to the fact that I could be honest and vulnerable in my songs and that was OK. I don’t know why I didn’t feel like I could do that before but after I watched those movies I think particularly the one about muscle Shoals but also the one about Janis and how much suffering she had to go through because of her appearance and being a woman, etc. I don’t know something about me said you know what Bob Peace let’s be soulful and be yourself and write some songs.
