The memory of that humiliating moment lingers in the back of your head. It rings in your ears and it leaves you exhausted. Your ex thinks that what they did was justified, but you’re not having it. When I wrote this song I wanted it to feel ruthless, nasty and in-your-face. Since the theme comes from a place of hurt and rage I aimed to reflect that as well as I could sonically.
