I MANIFEST, from Symbolik's Breadth Of Existence album, is an offering of ancient cultural expression, observational commentary, and Hip Hop poetry. Inspired by the Kemetic tree of life research and a community call to depict and represent the balance that exists between the cosmic, spirittual and Geb the physical. I MANIFEST is the result of an international collaboration with Symbolik (Toronto, Canada) and Webber from Yin Sang (Beijing, China), and represents the universal nature of Hip Hop. I MANIFEST was originally released in a limited capacity in 2007, and reflects the influence of the era that is known as "True School" Hip Hop, where lyricism, deeper meanings and social impact where core to the Hip Hop form. The artist Symbolik gained experience, knowledge and a sense of self from the global Hip Hop movement. While he has worked in the media/interactive media and communications space, and went on to earn his BFA and Masters in Fine Arts and Interactive Production, Symbolik always considered Hip Hop his first and most foundational training ground. Symbolik believes that music, art and social empowerment onchain is an amazing new way to express, support and vote for what we, love and want to see more of in the world.
