“Samra” is a track I wrote as a letter to my future self, and I chose “Samra,” an Arabic name, to represent her. She’s happier, more confident, secure in herself, and she knows what she wants. The song embodies a personal journey of self improvement, discovery, and empowerment, and I hope others who are on the same journey can see themselves in it. It’s my first music NFT, my first drop on sound, and the first Arabic track ever to be released on the platform. It means the world to be able to release it here and showcase Arab culture and art in web3 music as a young woman from Batroun, Lebanon. This song represents the first step in a new and innovative artistic journey for myself, and I hope it inspires others to embrace their own potential, find strength in vulnerability, and enjoy the process of becoming their best selves.
