Made with friends on a Friday
From Being There:
Overly caffeinated and full of road rage, she walked into a room filled with 4 strangers she would later discover were the greatest musicians she’d ever worked with. They each stood there and sat there, instrument in hand, ready to explain the day’s plan starting with NFT meets music 101. “Not Fucking Trying” she thought as they continued talking about block chains and ethereums. Then, a sultry guitar riff emerged, and they were off to the races.
Do It is a 20 minute freestyle that perfectly captured the magic in the room. Barely touched since that friday, you can feel the energy in the production, musicianship, and half intended and half gibberish lyrics encouraging the listener to go ahead and just do it, whatever “it” means. Strangers coming together to spread the universal message of surrendering to the unknown and knowing you’re ok because you’re on your way

Do It lyrics
Verse 1
I think you should just do it
Don’t matter you should do it
You might as well just do it
Don’t ask me then just do it
And when we talk we can do it
(They don’t gotta know about it)
Don’t matter if we just do it
(Like it doesn’t mean a thing)
Go head and boy just do it
(I don’t wanna know about it)
I wanna go and do it
Pre
Cus I can’t see the moment baby
You keep telling me it’s ok
When I close my eyes I hear my name
Chorus
I know that I - it’s ok when I’m on my way
And when I - I’ll tell you when I think it’s over
I know that I - I’ll tell you when I think I might’ve had enough
And when I, I just wanna go and tear it all away
I think you should just
Verse 2
Don’t ask me how you should do it
(I don’t wanna tell you)
Don’t ask me when you should do it
Go head now and just do it
(I don’t wanna think about it)

*vibes out*
Chorus
I know that I - it’s ok when I’m on my way
And when I - I’ll tell you when I think it’s over
